Course Description

As parents, we are particularly at risk of falling into optimization traps and overtaxing ourselves with concern for our children and the understandable desire to do everything as well as possible. Our society constantly demands performance and constant optimization. It is becoming increasingly difficult to reconcile one’s own demands in terms of lifestyle, career path, leisure time with family, parenting and partnership.

From the well-known and proven mindfulness programs, Jörg Mangold has developed a course format that is explicitly aimed at parents and, in addition to proven mindfulness exercises, includes helpful techniques specially developed for parents to better cope with the challenges. It has been certified by the Central Prevention Testing Center and recognized as a stress prevention measure.

This course is open to everyone! No previous experience with mindfulness and self-compassion is required, just the willingness to work on yourself.
